What it is

The Brava Sommelier is a personal flavour consultation by Agua Brava, offered to selected Garden Bar clients. We come to you and take the time to discover what you like, what inspires you and what you want your gathering to feel like. Together, we explore flavours, botanicals, fruits, herbs and spices. We taste, discuss and experiment — looking for a combination that feels personal to you, while staying true to the character of Agua Brava. The result is a signature Agua Brava flavour, created especially for your gathering.

How it works

Once your Garden Bar experience is confirmed, we arrange a personal Brava Sommelier session. We bring a curated selection of ingredients and flavour directions. Rather than choosing from a fixed formula, we taste and talk our way towards your flavour. Maybe you are drawn to something bright and citrusy. Perhaps you prefer something green and herbal, fruity and floral, or deeper and more spiced. There is no standard route. Your taste leads the conversation. Once we have found the right flavour direction, Agua Brava develops the final recipe and proposes a small selection of names. You choose the one that feels right for your occasion. Your Brava is then prepared especially for your gathering. Created together. Made by Brava.
